Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Stage I – Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET): A computer-based test with 100 questions from English, Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness. Negative marking (0.25 marks per wrong answer) applies.
- Stage II – Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test & Medical Examination
- PFT Standards:
- Male: 1.6 km run in 6 min 30 sec, 20 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups
- Female: 1.6 km run in 8 min, 15 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups
- PFT Standards:
- Stage III – Final Merit List & Enrollment: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their overall performance and medical fitness.
