Eligibility Criteria

Post Educational Qualification
Junior Superintendent
  •  A Graduate Degree in any discipline (minimum of 55% marks) from a recognized University.
Experience
  • 6 years of experience in a relevant field (Pay Level 3 or above) in government organizations, PSUs, or autonomous bodies.
  • Desirable Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A higher degree in related fields like HR or Financial Management.
Junior Superintendent (Accounts)
  • A PG in Commerce or CA/ICWA/ICSI with relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with CA/ICWA/ICSI Intermediate.
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, and Budgeting in government or public sector organizations.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technical institutions like IITs.
