Short Information: The Haryana government has started the application process on the Saral portal for the allocation of Fair Price Shop i.e. ration card depot for new ration depots. This initiative aims to ensure that every village has a fair-price shop (FPS) to serve its residents.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 25 July 2024 to 8 August 2024 (Extended to 28 August 2024). In this process, 3224 new ration depot licenses will be given in different areas of Haryana state. Out of the total 3224 seats for ration card depots in the state of Haryana, 2382 ration depots will be given to women only.

Eligibility
- Applicants should have 12th class pass.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
Important Date
- Apply Online Start Date: 24/07/2024
- Apply Online Last Date: 8/08/2024 at 5:00 PM (Extended to 28 August 2024).

- PDS License Fees Rs.2000/-.
- Security Amount Rs.5000/-.
Age Limit
- The age limit should be 21 to 45 years.
Haryana Ration Depot License 2024 Required Documents
- Family ID.
- 12th Marksheet and Basic Computer Certificate.
- Bank Account Passbook.
- Aadhar Card, Voter Card, PAN card.
- Applicant Photo.
- Undertaking regarding the No Criminal Case / EC Act case is pending against the applicant.
- Undertaking regarding No applicant should be convicted in any criminal case.
- Undertaking regarding No family member has been allotted other FPS.
- Panchayat Resolution in favour of the applicant, duly forwarded by the concerned BDPO.
- Applicant should not be a Government servant / Contractual basis or getting any Government pension. (Income Proof is provided by all Candidates).
- Proclamation Certificate of Chowkidar verified from village Panchayat / MC.
- Map of the Proposed Place for FPS.
- Caste Certificate.
- Rent Agreement (In case of Rental Property)
How to Apply for Haryana Ration Depot Online Form 2024
- First visit Saral Haryana Official Website Portal saralharyana.gov.in
- Click on the Register Tab & Register yourself.
- Click on Login to Complete the Application Form.
- Login Click on Apply for Services.
- After Clicking on ‘Click on Apply for Services’ then Click View All Available Services.
- After that search Issuance of New Fair Price Shop (FPS) License in the Search box.
- Now Click on Issuance of New Fair Price Shop (FPS) License.
- Applicants Click Proceed to Apply.
- Click on the Link that Says I Have a Family ID.
- Enter in your Family ID No. and Send OTP then fill the OTP.
- After that, your data will be fetched from PPP ID, and then Complete your form step by step.
- Candidates are advised to read the Official Details carefully before applying.
- Click on the Apply Online Link
- Fill out the Online Application Form Carefully.
- Upload the Required Documents and Certificates Online.
- Pay Online / Offline Fees (If Required)
- Print the Application Form
