Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in relevant fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Instrumentation, Production, etc.) or M.Sc. (Chemistry) or MBA/PGDM for Material Management roles.
- Experience: Varies from 2 to 16 years post-qualification experience depending on the post. Extra experience required for diploma holders.
- Candidates with relevant experience in cement plants and hands-on knowledge in modern plant technologies will be preferred.
