ASRB Notification Advertisement No.02/ 2022 Details

ASRB invites applications for filling up 349 Non-Research Management (Non- RMPs) Positions as mentioned below to be filled up on tenure basis for a period of five years in different locations at ICAR Research institutes. Candidates are required to apply online using the application form link available on the website: http://www.asrb.org.in only. No other mode of filling of the application is allowed.

Eligibility

  • Project Coordinator, Head of Division: Doctoral Degree with a relevant specialization including relevant basic sciences. At least 3 years of experience as a Principal Scientist/ Professor or in an equivalent position. Evidence of publications/ activities/ contributions to suggest that the candidate has a broad vision/ perspective on Agricultural Research.
  • Senior Scientist Head: Doctoral Degree with 8 years experience in the relevant subject as a Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position having made a contribution to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidenced by published work/ innovations and impact OR Doctoral degree including relevant basic sciences with minimum 8 years experience of high-quality postdoctoral research in an institution/ organization as evidenced by at least 6 publications in journals with a NAAS rating of 7.5 or above.

Senior Scientist-Head:-

  • Project Coordinator, Head of Division Post Pay level – 14 (Rs. 144200-218200/-) of 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
  • Senior Scientist-Head Post Pay level -13A (Rs.131400-217100/-) of 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 47 years to 60 years.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted applicants must appear for a personal interview at a place as may be scheduled by the Board. The Board does not defray the traveling or other expenses of applicants called for the interview. In-service candidates can be considered to be on Duty for the purposes of attending the interview, subject to
    approval of the Competent Authority of the organizations wherein they are employed.
