Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Details |
|---|---|
| Educational Qualification | Full-time graduation (10+2+3) with valid Basic AVSEC (13 days) certification and refresher certification. For Officer-Security, candidates must also possess a valid Screener certification. Preference for additional certifications like DGR or Cargo Security. |
| Experience | Candidates must clear refresher courses approved by BCAS and possess excellent communication skills (oral and written). Strong knowledge of computer systems is required. For Junior Officer-Security, AVSEC allowance is applicable upon recertification. |

Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Personal Interview: Eligible candidates must attend the interview in person at the designated venue.
- Additional Rounds: AIASL reserves the right to include Group Discussions or English Proficiency Tests if necessary.
