Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Written Test: Translation tasks include:
- Three passages in Bengali, Hindi, and Nepali to be translated into English (10 marks each).
- Two passages to be translated from English to Bengali and English to Hindi (10 marks each).
The written test carries 50 marks, and candidates must score a minimum of 60% to qualify.
- Viva-voce/Interview: The interview carries 10 marks. Candidates must score a minimum of 40% to qualify.
